Cardio/Weight Room
Visit the Destin Life Center's "STATE OF THE ART" Cardio/Weight Room. A 14-piece Nautilus Circuit is accompanied by two treadmills and two ellipticals. The Cardio/Weight room is open during normal operating hours, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am-8:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
