Group Fitness > Cardio-Kickboxing

Cardio-Kickboxing is a non-contact, high energy, cardiovascular workout that blends boxing, martial arts and aerobic exercise.  This is a complete body workout that will increase your strength and flexibility, build self-confidence, reduce stress and burn calories!  You are encouraged to go at your own pace.

All participants must be a Recreation Member and check-in at the Welcome Desk.
